How are degrees awarded in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Romania?

The Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite manages grades 4 to 33, but confers only grades 4, 9, 14, 18, 30, 31, 32 and 33.

The other grades are only communicated to the Candidates.

How can I become a member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Romania?
