A delegation of the Supreme Council of the RSAA from Romania was present led by the Sovereign Grand Commander of the 33rd and Last SC of the RSAA from Romania, Most Powerful and Illustrious Brother Stelian Nistor, 33°

Within the outfit, the 4th degree was ritualized, thus initiating a number of brothers on the path of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite.
