of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Romania

Supreme Council at the National Session of the Scottish Rite in Italy.

From 31 May to 02 June 2019, a delegation from the Supreme Council of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Romania participated in the National Session of the Scottish Rite in Italy in Rome.


The Supreme Council of the RSAA of the Italian Republic awarded the Title and Medal of Honorary Member to the representatives of three countries. These were the Sovereign Grand Commander of the United States of America (JN), PP. and ILL. Brother David Glattly, 33 °, Sovereign Grand Commander of Israel, PP. and ILL. Brother Moshe Barbaras, 33 °, and the Sovereign Grand Commander of Romania, PP. and ILL. Brother Stelian Nistor, 33 °.


PP. and ILL. Brother Stelian Nistor was congratulated by the delegations of the 24 countries present and for the fact that starting with May 23, 2020 Romania will take over the presidency of the World Conference of Scottish Rite. Sovereign Grand Commander
Stelian Nistor, 33 °, will be the President of the World Conference for five years, until 2025.
