I believe that, for what was achieved by the Rite in the past year, the merit belongs to all the Master Masons who are members of the RSAA. Together, the two sovereign and independent Masonic entities, the MLNR and the Scottish Rite, we form the Masonry in Romania. The regularity, recognition and international appreciation of the Rite reflect informally but positively on our quality as Master Masons of the MLNR. It is also your work and that is why I thank you. The year 2025 brings us the historic and unique moment of our Supreme Council taking over the Presidency of the World Conference of Supreme Councils of the RSAA for the next five years. The imitators of Freemasonry on both sides are trying their best to prevent this. Try… How clearly the difference between being a Mason and just being a member of a Masonic organization has become apparent lately. We are certainly not on the wrong side of the road, and not just because we don’t eat sarmale from a wheelbarrow… Like you, I, as a Master Mason, am trying to assume with honor and dignity the military chivalric tradition of the Scottish Rite. I am trying. I realize, like you, that I am part of something that is greater, deeper, more just and stronger than any of us could be alone.
