According to the Great Constitutions of 1762 and the Secret Codes of 1786, only one Supreme Council of the RSAA is recognized and allowed in a country.
According to the Patent of October 9, 1993 and the Circular sent to the whole world on April 25, 2020, issued as a Patent by the Supreme Council Mother of the World from Washington DC, Southern Jurisdiction of the USA, the only regular and recognized Supreme Council in Romania is the one led by to SMC Stelian Nistor, 33. ("RECOGNITION with The Supreme Council of the 33rd and Last Degree of The Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Romania, whose Sovereign Grand Commander is Stelian Nistor, 33°").
On Saturday, December 2, 2023, in its traditional temple at the Odeon Theater in Bucharest, the Supreme Council of the 33rd and Last Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite in Romania held its National Winter Session in the 33rd Degree.
The participants were therefore exclusively the Brothers of Degree 33, the Sovereign Grand Inspectors General of the Supreme Council of the RSAA in Romania.
During the emotional ritual, the 33rd Degree was awarded to some Knight Brothers of the Court of Honor proposed by the 33rd Degree Brothers and approved by the Supreme Council.
Also, a number of Sovereign Grand Inspectors General or Honorary Grand Inspectors General, were rewarded for their activity with orders and medals of the Rite.
Thus a new page was added to our story. "Because every man, no matter how much forest he could cut down with his bare hands, still needs a bit of a story...
