On the part of Romania, the letter was signed by the Sovereign Grand Commander Il&amp;PP Stelian Nistor 33 and in his capacity of the <a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/scaasr.ro\/en\/conferinta-paraguay\/\">33rd Vice President of the World Conference<\/a>.
