The Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite has a pyramidal structure, being led by the Sovereign Grand Commander, His Almighty and Illustrious Brother Stelian Nistor 33 and by the Supreme Council of 33rd and Last Grade, which has absolute authority over ranks 4 to 33, organized in the following Ritual Bodies: Lodges of Perfection, Chapters of the Pink Cross, Kadosh Councils and Consistories.

 

Lodges of Perfection governs the degrees 4 to 14, viz., Secret Master, Perfect Master, Private Secretary, Praetor and Judge, Building Steward, Chosen of the Nine, Chosen of the Fifteen, Chosen of the Twelve, Master Architect, Solomon's Royal Arch, Perfectly chosen.

 

Rosa Cruce Chapters, which confers degrees from 15 to 18 inclusive, more precisely Knight of the East, Prince of Jerusalem, Knight of the East and West, Knight of the Rosa Cross.

 

Kadosh councils conferring the degrees 19 to 30 inclusive, viz., Pontiff, Master of the Symbolic Lodge, Prussian or Noachite Knight, Knight of the Royal Axis (Prince of Lebanon), Chief of the Tabernacle, Prince of the Tabernacle, Knight of the Brass Serpent, Prince of Mercy , Knight Commander of the Temple, Knight of the Sun or Adept Prince, Scottish Knight of St. Andrew, Knight Kadosh.

 

Consistory, prin care se conferă gradele 31 și 32, adică Inspector Inchizitor și Maestru al Secretului Regal.
