Gala edition UAP Awards for 2021 was organized by the Union of Visual Artists from Romania in partnership with the Town Hall of the Harman Municipality, the AVV Harman Association and the Fortified Evangelical Church Harman Cetatea.

KEEPING the tradition of the last yearsi, the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite from Romania awarded the "Ion Atanasiu Delamare" Award on this occasion. The 2021 laureate of this award is the artist from Vâlcea ALEXANDRA UNGUREANU.
